HOW TO MAKE SHORTCUT TO LAUNCH APPS IN DUAL SCREEN VIEW 

Splitscreen is one of the professional features of the Android devices. The big draw-back is that opening applications in a split-screen view is not easy and it is just easy to swipe between apps and multitask. But if you can make a shortcut to open both the applications in split-screen in single tap, the process becomes easy and also can be gamechanger for multitasking 

If you are have a Samsung mobile which has curved Display , you will get an option called "Edge Panel" where you can make a shortcut . 

FOR SAMSUNG PHONES WITH CURVED DISPLAY

Step 1 : - Open System settings - choose the "Display option " . Here an option called 'Edge Screen'. - click on it

Step 2 : - Now enable 'Edge Panel option' & you can see a side panel on screen side on your phone. Again - click on the "Edge Panel" to start customization on it.

Step 3 : - Here - enabled the "Apps edge option" - click on the edit button . 

**FOR OTHER DEVICES : - 

Firstly install the app called '"Split Screen Launcher'' a tool app that make a shortcut to open both the apps at one time. 

Then click on the " + Shortcut button " to make a shortcut and give name. This name will be visible below the shortcut icon on the home screen.

Now, tap on the “+” beside “Top app” and select the app you want to place in the top of the split screen app . 

Now click on “Save”. You also have the option to swap apps “Swap” option.

Now click on “Add Automatically” option and hold the icon to place the icon by manually on home screen. 

Now, you can just click on shortcut icon and it will open the apps in split-screen screen.

Now to use following steps to enter split screen mode on recent Android devices:

First, enter the Overview screen. You can do this in two ways.

• If you use gesture navigation, swipe up from the bottom, then drag your finger to the middle of the screen.

• For the classic 3-button navigation, tap the square Overview button.

• Look for the first app that you want to open in split screen mode.

• Long press the app's icon in the Overview screen. This will open a menu.

The steps above are for newer devices running Android 10 and later. If you have a phone running older versions of Android, from 7 to 9, follow these steps instead to use split screen mode If You Already Have the app open that you want to place at the top of your screen,

If you want to hide both apps temporarily, you just tap the home button. Then the split screen feature to the top of the screen. You'll see a small part of the top app & the black bar that separates the two screens. You can drag that bar down to bring both apps back into screen.
